I have recently received a phone call from apple support phone number and they were willing to help me with iCloud account which they claim is breached. But I do not trust anyone especially when someone asks me for any personal information such as email or name. When i contacted apple inc via email, they told me that they never call any customer for such issues or they never ask for personal info. I am wondering how a scammer can use Apple’s phone number. I have already read about phone number spoofing but I don’t think such a big company can be spoofed.
