I would like to know how I go about filing a complaint I received an email saying I had a package delivered once and second attempt I called to verify and the people at Express said that it was a fishing scam for me not to give any information.
They charged my account. Twice
I had the same thing happen.Pisses me off for 1,I fell for it and 2,they get away with it.

I received a call from this number and they made me mad for a day. called 23 times and only 1 time i answered but there was no one to speak with me. I have already received such calls before, but never one like this one.

This is a demo tracking code which has been sent by a scammer and the tile is Universal Parcel Tracking code.
I received a text message with the tracking number 29194772 and a URL claiming that I had an undeliverable package. Because I think it might be infected with malware, I refrained from clicking the link. I have also searched google and found a lot of websites which are all fake and scam indexed by google and it hurts a lot.
I have paid for this order why is it held back?
