I have requested call back to my number regarding insurance claim so i listened a wired automatic voice message so they have something wrong with their system. I pressed one but call got disconnected.
Same with me
I have also recorded the call and it says “hello, press 1 to get touch with our agent and press two to get call back from state farm agent. press 9 to end this call and if you pressed 1 state farm agent will be in touch with you in a while”. I do not know who is state farm and i think they have something wrong with system.
Looks wired as i can not understand what they say and what was the purpose for this robo call.
